Madera Bags accepts returns within 7 days of delivery only if defects are found. Please inspect your order upon receipt and report any defects to sales@maderabags.com within 7 days with photos and your order number; we will provide a return authorization and cover return shipping for defective items. Defective returns will be replaced or refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the return.
